When God wants to change your level or transform you into a new man, he does it from the inside out by giving you access to the right and relevant information necessary for that change.
When he wants to save you from sin He sends to you His messenger of salvation and the gospel, when he wants to change your attitude to time he gives you access to facts on punctuality, to wake up the entrepreneur in you he shows you a need and the ideas on filling the need. When your information base changes many things will change about you.
